Samuel Leblan went to the Municipal Housing Authority, because he is waiting for his house’s ownership documents since the house was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, in 2011. They not only did not help but called the police who arrested and accuse him of public scandal. They also fined him with 20 pesos.
