Victim detained, interrogated and threatened by the Political Police

The victim was detained and sent to a police station when he intended to travel to Banes to meet with the leader of his organization. He was interrogated at the station while the police laughed at him and threatened to imprison him. He was warned not to meet up with members of the organization.
