HIV positive person was prevented from receiving his medical treatment for "being illegally in Havana"

Alexis is a patient who suffers from HIV/AIDS. This is why he travels every 6 months to Havana to receive a medical treatment. On April 29, he was detained with his belongings and on May 3 he was deported to his native province of Guantánamo because he was illegal or "Palestinian" - as people in eastern Cuba are called when they travel to Havana.
