Gastón Irlin Góngora was about to attend a training on human rights. When he was on his way, he was detained at San Lino Street and taken to the police station. He was interrogated by State Security official using a pseudonym Kevin or Jefferson. He was threatened with going to the prison for being in contact with counterrevolutionary elements. He was also threatened for having participated in an event celebrating the Human Rights Day on December 10. The victim was kept under detention for 3 hours without any accusation.
