Agustin Linares Alvarez, a spokesman of Cuban Republican Party in San Juan y Martinez, was detained at his home by State Security official Captain Orestes Ayala and a group of collaborators of Ministry of the Interior. He was taken to the police department where he was kept under detention for 4 hours. During the detention, the officials want him to sign a proclamation which stated that they will cancel an event prepared for the International Human Rights Day on December 10.
