Leaving the meeting scheduled by the UNPACU training which takes place every Thursday, on March 28 Rulizan Ramirez Rodriguez together with other brothers in the struggle were violently attacked by agents of the political police. There were Giron and Bruno together wtih other four agents of the national police who beat him to the point of break his nose. They detained Rulizan Ramirez Rodriguez in PNR of Palma Soriano despite knowing his physical condition, they remained him there without care for several hours.
