Eliosbel summoned by the PNR and threatened

Eliosbel Garriga Cabrera was summoned by the head of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) of La Coloma, lieutenant Jose Rafael Gutiérrez Prieto and official of the state security sector Alexis. The reason for the meeting was to give him an official warning. Eliosbel was threatened by them to be brought to court the and not being able to visit human rights defenders and opponents of the Cuban government. In addition, they explained him that in case of disobedience he would be prosecuted as well. This detention lasted for two hours.
