The victim was participating in an UNPACU training and watching a video debate at Graciela and Ruben´s house. Suddenly, the house was surrounded by Anti-Riot Police led by secret police official Guirón. The broke into the house and started beating all people inside. After that, the victim was taken to the National Revolutionary Police Station in Mella and threatened. Before being released he was fined for public disorder.
