At 6 am, the secret police in Baracoa searched the house of Francisco Manzanet Ortiz, an activist from Eastern Democratic Aliance. They confiscated him a laptop, radio, cell phone, camera, some printed materials and books which Francisco borrowed in one of the independent libraries. According to the source, the activist was driven and detained in Guantánamo in Combinado del Este Prison.
