On Sunday, 17 November 2019, two human rights activists from Guantánamo, between them Celina Osoria Claro, were detained in a police action in order to prevent them from attending Sunday Mass held in the morning hours. The action was led by the State Security official known as Víctor Víctor who had invented a new method how to detain the opposition members. After the detention, the are taken to a remote place and they are abandoned and left to their fate without any chance to make it on time to attend the Mass. This practice violates their right of free movement and passage.
