Lady in White Mayelín Santiesteban López was arrested and repudiated by agents of State Security, National Police and paramilitary mobs, after having participated in a mass in the church Santa Rita de Casia and when she was on her way to the sea to pay tribute to the victims of "El Remolcador" of March the 13rd. She was taken to the Tarara detention center where she was held for several hours.
