The victim was in his bed in the prison in Centro Territorial Norte, where he was serving his punishment for a common crime, when a group of prisoners that conform the Disciplinary Committee attacked him. The gang was beating him for an hour and caused him serious injuries, at the end he needed a medical intervention.
During the fight, the jail guards and the police, did not intervene in any way, and, furthermore, they accuse him of altering the discipline and order. What is more, the aggressors were not imposed any sanction, neither a disciplinary process.
