Samuel Leblan was going with other activists to the UNPACU’s anniversary when the police surrounded and beat them. They were forced to board a bus where they were threatened. Once in the outskirts of the city, Samuel was beaten again so brutally that he lost consciousness and he was abandoned in the place. Samuel had been threatened before because of his activism in UNPACU.
