State Security carries out a police action against a member of the MCR

On 10 October 2020, a date of high country's significance, an activist from the Cuban Reflection Movement (MCR), Damaris Hidalgo García, was intersected by the State Security. The official warned her against visiting an activist Linares García at his home. The reason was a suspicion of the secret police that these activists might be supporting the “Anti-Communist Caravan for Freedom and Democracy”, an event launched by various organizations in exile in Miami.
