Francisco Osoria Claro along with other activists was going to participate at Sunday Mass organized by the Ladies in White at Church of Santa Catalina de Ricci. As he was walking down the street Calixto Garcia and Emilio Giró, several police officers along with agents of the State Security (including also the Official known as Kevin or Jeferson) detained him. He was taken to the detention unit of the State Security. He was released after 3 hours.
