A man arrested for stealing and made hunger strike in Baracoa

The head of Clape sector Erlis came into the home of Erlis Dunior Mercader Aguero to lead him to the police station because a detainee allegedly declared in the unit stated that he had robbed with him. Arriving at the police station Erlis was pushed and mistreated by Dunior being detained there for 3 days, accused for the crime of theft and for social danger for the society, for taking hunger strike to protest this injustice, and claiming the right of every detainee had to be visited by his familial. Erlis Dunior was released three days later by order of the prosecutor Rosina, who visited police station knowing violations against the victim.
