Alexis Brizo Hera has become the voice of the sick patients in Guantánamo province. He protested against theft of food and the suspension by the government of the province of the diet given by global fund to help patients with HIV AIDS. Because his position is being punished by the State Security who follows and constantly threatens to make videos to social networks for help for sufferers of the island with medicine and food.
