Yorbaidis is accused again of bodily harm, eventhough it was self-defense

In previous days, Yorbaidis, activist from Baracoa, has been attacked several times. This time, the agressor pulled out a knife when Yorbaidis was entering home. When the attacker tried to hurt him, Yorbaidis naturally wanted to defend himself. Suddenly the attacker wounded slightly his face and his arm. Being separate by his neighbors, Yorbaidis went home where, few hours later, was detained by the police and accused of bodily harm - a crime for which he has been already sentenced to 5 years (also for acting in self-defense). The attacker has endangered not only him-self, but his 2 children and his wife as well. He also threatened Yorbaidis with killing him with a machete. The attacker is a father of a policeman and a police collaborator. Eventhough Yorbaidis made a complaint about it, any change has been made.
