Rolando Rodríguez Lobaina was on his way from Granma Province to Guantánamo City along with other activist. When they were passing through the checkpoint in Rio Frío, the police stopped the car he was travelling by, detained him and confiscated his laptop and three USB drives. Rolando was kept at the checkpoint till 8 am of the next day and then released.
