Miguel Angel was putting some posters in the cemetery and the “Mariana Grajales” square, where he was stopped by the police and brought to the “Centro de Detenciones del DSE de Operaciones”, he was threatened by imprisonment.
He was made to pay a fine of 150 Cuban pesos for supposedly damaging the patrimony.
