Marlon Guillermo Martorell Quiñones went under arrest when he was on his way to meet the Vice-President of his organisation.
Two police officers wildly arrested him without notifying him the reason.
After more than 12 hours in jail, Marlon Guillermo to interviewed and threatened by other agents who subsequently drove and abandoned him in a secondary road, 30 kms far from Holguin and 50kms far from Banes.
