Mr Ramón delivered printed materials of the UNPACU, at the north zone of the town, when the police, with the DSE arrested him, and brought him to the Centro de Detención del DSE of operations where he was beaten and afterwards they sent him to the Unidad Policial del Municipio de Niceto Pérez.
