Woman was detained while going to visit her son



Georgina Alvarez was detained by Major Reynier Rodriguez Leyva and police, when she was going to visit her detained son to the police station in Imías. Without any explication, she was pulled to the police car. When Georgina started shouting anti-government slogans, she was handcuffed and put into the car by force. Everytime she said something against the government, the police tightened the handcuffs. She was released next day on September 4 in the afternoon and fined 300 pesos for resistance.
