Gustavo have gotten three cerebral strokes. He has been waiting for an operation for 20 years, but the operation has not been arranged yet due to his economic situation. He denounces that even thought Cuba sells its image as free medical power, the hospitals do not help anyone who has not sufficient money or expensive gifts for the doctors. Gustavo cannot work due to his brain damage.
