Activist interrogated and threatened without notice

Rolando accompanied Eider Frometa to the State Security Detention Center (DSE) known as "Operations" because he was summoned to appear there. When he arrived to Operations he was pushed to enter inside and he was interrogated by a Major known as Sergio of the DSE without Rolando being informed. The officer threatened that they would get him in troubles because he was pushing Eider to record illegal videos as well as Isael Poveda, who was carrying out a research work on how many inmates there are in the province, between the prison and the work camps. They allowed him to go after about two hours, threatening that there would be problems for him.
