He was taken to the Police Office of Palma Soriano for putting up posters against the regime and arrested after he was fined 2000 pesos national currency. After 72 hours ,before releasing him, they would threaten to prosecutem hi in court if he did not pay the fine. On several occasions he has been beaten and threatened to be killed with a gun against his chest.
