A man from Baracoa harassed and threatened by PNR official

Aebis Luis Alayo Legra was taking a passenger in his pedicab towards the La Punta neighborhood. Suddenly, an official from the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) known as Cornelio abruptly stopped him and told him that he cannot take two passengers. When Alayo Legra replied that he was taking only one, the official threatened him with imprisonment. After this incident, Alayo Legra went to the police in order to lodge a complaint. The official on duty told him to leave since the police is too busy to lose the time with him. On that top of that, he fined him 30 CUP.
