More than 14 years waiting a judge decision

He has been his truck since more than 26 years, and during the last 14 years, is stopped, because he can not use it by a procedure in court. The authorities opened him a procedure in the “Tribunal Provincial de Holguin”, by the engine and the box for the truck, because he don´t have it. He said that the invoice are in the DIVET y CAP (Provincial) authorities. The judge asked DIVET y CAP (Provincial) for his invoice, and they answered that they destroyed it after two years. Even that the authorities did not give him his engine and box, and for that reason his truck is in his yard for more than 14 years.
