On November 9, 2014, Vicente Coll Campanioni, an activist from the Commission for the Attention of Political Prisoners and Family Members (CAPPF), was intercepted by 3 officers of the Department of State Security (DSE) dressed in civilian clothes, when Vicente was leaving the Church of Santa Rita, on 21st Street, in Havana. The officers handcuffed him, threw him against the pavement and placed his head between both legs of one of the officers. Later, they put Vicente in the car, Lada brand in green color and with license plate number HHH122, belonging to officer Camilo from the Section 21, who took him to the unit of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) of Zanja. In the police unit, the State Security officers known as Diego and Yosva and a legal officer who he said belongs to the Ministry of Interior, were waiting for Vicente Coll Campanioni who was threatened by them.
