In the municipality of Caimanera, somebody installed anti-government signs. Yisel carried out several interviews with the citizens discussing the topic. When she was on her way to Guantanamo in order to provide the Palenque Vision Agency with the records, she was detained and taken to the Guantanamo police station known as Parque 24. There, she was searched by the police looking for the videos. Based on the order of the State Security Chief in Caimanera known as Yoenis, agent Miguel threatened her with having problems in case she continued with the interviews. Yisel was kept in the police station for more than three hours.
