At 6 am, Celina Osoria Claro was on her way to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church to attend Sunday Mass. When she was on the Los Maceos and 3 Sur Street, she was stopped by State Security (DSE) official known as Kevin or Jefferson. The official said she could not continue and detained her. Celina was taken to the DSE unit called Operations and released at 11 am on the same day.
