State Security agents detained and threat a citizen when he was going to Guantanamo city.

On September 8 of 2020, Diosbany Salazar was detained by State Security agents (DSE) when he was willing to depart to Guantanamo city. Diosbany was arbitrary transferred to a local spot where he was interrogated and threatened with prison. The security agent, identified as Lionis, kept Diosbany detained for hours and accused him of contrarrevolutionary acts. Therefore, the citizen was told that it was forbidden to visit Bartolo Cantillo. At the moment Diosbany is realeased, he is threatened again with physical and phsycological damage. These reports are common to foster fear among the population.
