Daniel Velazquez was at his place when he was arrested and taken to the Police Station. He was interrogated and detained 3 hours. After this time the police told him that a dissident called Rubiel Santiesteban was preparing something for the International Day of Human Rights and they wanted to know what. He was threatened with prison.
