Marioldi Delgado Romero was brutally beaten and detained by several officers of the National Police who at that moment were under the orders of Bruno, the chief of police in Palma Soriano.
Everything occured in the street, in front of the headquarters of the cell "Pedro Claro Meurice Estíu." Afterward, Marioldi was put in a patrol car to be transferred to the municipal PNR (National Revolutionary Police) office where he was beaten and stayed in a cell for 8 hours.
