Naudis Mustelier was a victim of an act of repudiation and later she was constantly harassed and insulted by one of her neighbors. One day, her neighbor insulted and threw stones against Naudis, her mother and her 1 year old daughter. When Naudis went to denounce the attack the police told her that she was to pay 200 pesos or she would go to court.
