Detained and accused while on the way to mass

Francisco was arrested by Captain Kevin and Officer Victor of State Security when he was on his way to church. He was transferred to the area of the Detentions Center called Operations, where he was interrogated by Major Sergio of State Security. The major assured him that they had proof that he had tampered with the bibliography of the candidates for the elections. They told him that he was forbidden to leave during the elections and they released him around 11 that same day.
