Yoel Beltran Sosa spent 15 days in detention in the detention center of operations of the State Security, from the day August 27, 2015, until September 10, 2015. Then he was transferred to Guantánamo Provincial Prison for alleged embezzlement in company where he worked. He declared innocent before the facts announced against him.
