Ruben detained and left on the outskirts of the city

Ruben was on his way to El Cobre in his private car in order to participate in the Todos Marchamos campaign. Agents of the political police stopped Ruben's car and ordered everyone in the car to get off. Ruben was brutally registered by the officers of the National Revolutionary Police and then taken to the police unit where he remained for more than 4 hours. After that, he was driven to the outskirts of the city and left there.
