He was conducting a meeting in the cell Ramón García Correoso with activists when they are attacked by the Rapid Response Brigade commanded by the political police. After breaking into the home he was beaten and taken on a bus and left 30 miles outside of town where a group organized by the political police was waiting with sticks, stones, and jets of water that almost drown him .he has been threatened with death and prison time for continuing his activism within UNPACU.
