He was first taken to the Capri DTI, but that same day he was transferred to the Capri PNR Unit. The day after his arrest, police from the unit beat him and threw him on his head. He was then transferred to 100 and Aldabó. While at 100 and Aldabó he lost track of time. The police threatened him and tortured him psychologically. In response, they told his wife that he was at 100th and Aldabó, where he was able to speak with her once. However, upon hanging up the call with her, he was immediately transferred to the Combinado del Este, while his wife believed he was still at 100 and Aldabó.
