The activist of the UNPACU and of the Ladies in White Movement, Maria Luisa Chacon Lamoth was arrested at the house of Yoanny Beltran. The perpetrators were the Lieutenant Colonel Giovanni Segura, Captain Brian and Rafael Torres Iribar.
