Tamara Rodríguez, correspondent for the "Hablamos Press" Information Center and member of the Ladies in White, was detained after leaving the headquarters of the Opposition Movement for a New Republic, after attending a workshop on human rights.
Tamara was transferred about forty kilometers from the center of the capital. They abandoned her in the town of El Cacahual.
