Lilian could not come back to her work after the maternity leave

For 3 years, Lilian worked in Union of Young Communists (UJC). When she returned after maternity leave, she was told that she was not working in UJC anymore and they offered her a place in a video room, which she did not accept for economic reasons. She prepared with her lawyer a complaint to the Labor Justice Authority to the court, but it was not accepted.
