Detention of a peaceful opponent for passing out anti-governmental leaflets in the street (Guantanamo)

In the early hours of the morning of August 12 the human rights activist Martin Macias Hernandez was arrested by uniformed (PNR) National Revolutionary Police, as he was heading to the home of the peaceful opponent Eider Frómeta Allen.
