On July 1, the city of Guantanamo awoke full of anti-governmental posters, for which the the UNPACU activist Francisco was blamed. As a result, Francisco was detained and taken to the headquarters of the security of the state where he was threatened with imprisonment. In the end, he was given a warning notice and a fine of 150 pesos of national currency.
