UNPACU activist was detained on his way to the hospital in order to support another activist whose family member has been ill. However, he was transferred to the PNR where he remained for several hours. Then he was mounted in a patrol car and taken to the other end of the village of Manzanillo where special forces and members of the Ministry of Interior were waiting in order to intimidate him.
