Robert Machado Perez was summoned to the police station by the head of the sector of his area. When he arrived to the police unit, he asked the head of the sector for the reason of the summons, and he replied that in a little while he would find out. When Robert was taken to the office, he was given an act of "peligrosidad predelictiva" (dangerousness that is likely leading to a crime) without explaining the reason of the act. Robert Machado Perez - upon seeing such injustice - protested due to which he was taken by force to another place. This affected his left wrist of his hand. He remained 2 day in the jail without the possibility of communicating with anyone. While giving him freedom, he was warned and threatened with accusing him of dangerousness.
