Bárbara Simon Ruiz bought a house in 1999. However, the bought was declared illegal in 2003 according to a decree and the house got confiscated. In 2003, Bárbara was relocated within the house she currently lives. In 2006, the Housing Institution exonerated Bárbara of paying the cost of the house due to its miserable stage and, in 2010, Bárbara executed some renewal of the house which was considered an infringement. The authorities decided to relocate Bárbara, who denies the offer because of the worse stage of the new house.
