Julia's son is physically handicapped. Cuban government has a program of social care for these cases, so Julia's child should receive disposable diapers, but it has been more than two years that she had not received anything. One day, outraged by the situation of her son, she said at the health center that the aid that should be given to the people who need it was being stolen and selling on streets. Julia Lopéz Lamot was called up to the unit of the police, with the objective to give her an official warning and threaten her with going to prison.
