Inocencio Benito González Cabrera was on his way to the provincial bus terminal in Matanzas. Suddenly, he was stopped by a man in a blue uniform who asked him to accompany him to the patrol car where an official wanted to talk to him. Inside the vehicle, there was already a secret police offical Darío who ordered to take González Cabrera to the police station in Playa. When they arrived, he was taken to an office where the officials proceeded to the confiscation of his personal belongings he was carrying, that is to say some toys that González Cabrera bought for children in his community, three bottles of red wine he had received from his son and 100 pesos in CUP. They only left him 40 pesos to be able to get back home. He was released at 3:20 pm.
